The Krishnan lab works on understanding neural plasticity mechanisms in mouse models of neurological disorders. We use molecular, cellular, behavioral and computational approaches. More information on our research can be found at https://krishnanlab.utk.edu We are looking for students who have good time management skills, are reliable and detail oriented. Students who excel in given tasks will have the opportunity to learn and engage in different procedures and techniques in Neurobiology over subsequent semesters in the lab. These skills would be useful in preparation for graduate school, medical school and/or lab technician jobs. Students are encouraged to attend weekly lab meetings from 8-9:00am on Wednesday mornings in 404 Mossman building. No previous wet lab experience necessary. Students with coding (R, Python, Matlab etc), data visualization interests and experiences are encouraged to apply. |
