This is an entry level position; student employees will be provided instruction in order to perform the following tasks: Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departmental personnel Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel and or take messages and pass along to appropriate personnel Assist students with registration process and scheduling of exams Make deliveries to various departments and colleges on campus Cover front desk for breaks and meeting for Administrative staff An in-person interview is required for this position. Schedule: 10-20 hours per week for the entire academic year (August- May) with the option of working summer sessions. Office hours 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with opportunity past 5pm on some days. |
