Job Details

Purpose or Role of the Position within the Organization:
Student workers will assist and support the principal investigator and lab personnel in the day to day operations of the laboratory. The undergrad assistant provides basic laboratory functions which require minimal training.
Responsibilities Associated with the Position:
Assist with special projects
Glass washing of lab supplies
Autoclaving waste when needed

Schedule:
10-20 hours per week during each semester as available and course schedule allows. 

Departmental evaluation held four weeks into each semester.  Student is directed by PI and key lab personnel. There is an open dialogue allowing daily interaction and guidance and feedback will be provided after one on one evaluation.
