Academc Year 2024/2025, Needing student workers MWF: 8-10am and T/TH: 8am-12pm Purpose or Role of the Position Within the Organization: Student workers will assist and support the Academic Success Center’s mission of ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed by providing campus leadership and advocacy for student success at UT, and identifying and implementing academic success programs that support progress toward graduation and enrich the undergraduate student experience.
Responsibilities Associated with the Position:
• Greet and direct all visitors • Schedule and check in appointments • Manage lobby/reception area • Perform general administrative duties (i.e., filing, copying, word processing, data entry, internet research) • Make deliveries on campus • Help with outreach events as needed • Answer phones
Schedule:
5-8 hours per week for the entire academic year (August through May with the option of working during summer sessions) during open office hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday- Friday) |
