Located in the Anderson Training Center, the mission of the University of Tennessee's Sports Nutrition department is to motivate and educate UTK student-athletes to adopt healthy lifelong nutritional habits in order to help them maximize their performance both on and off the field. This job entails: - Completion of daily tasks in Laporte & Carmichael fueling stations
- Periodically helping at team meals in Smokey's Sports Grill
- Helping Smokey's staff with action stations as needed
- Taking inventory and stocking fueling stations (FIFO)
- Making post-workout smoothies for various sports
- Making snack bags for sports that are traveling
- Develop nutrition education materials & resources as needed
- Other various tasks as assigned by sports dietitian
