Job Description

Enrollment Management Research & Analytics is seeking a motivated student who is passionate about education, data and analytics. This individual will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to execute process-driven tasks and problem solve.

What you'll do:

  • Execute queries
  • Link and import data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Transform and clean raw data using Tableau Prep
  • Create reports using Tableau Desktop
  • Responsible for the distribution of daily reports to decision makers across campus
  • Use independent judgment to research and problem solve data discrepancies and irregularities
Job Requirements

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical ability, and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:

• High degree of self-motivation
• Highest personal and professional integrity and ethics
• Strong communicator that can work independently and collaboratively
• Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau preferred but not required -- We will train you!
• Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Evaluation Procedure

We maintain open communication and encourage regular feedback between the Work Study staff and their supervisors.
