QUALIFICATIONS: • Student must be enrolled at the University of Tennessee. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Outstanding attention to details. • Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member. • Must have a strong customer service orientation, the ability to use good judgement, and exercise discretion. • Must have excellent professional demeanor, be self-motivated and flexible. • Dependable, punctual, and good email/phone etiquette.
REQUIRED (OR PREFERRED) SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: • Strong keyboarding skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and Word is required. • Knowledge of basic design principles, graphic design, typography, or similar are preferred. • Working knowledge of Adobe Spark, Canva, or similar software is preferred. • Familiarity with data normalization principles is preferred. • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is preferred. • Familiarity with WordPress is preferred. |
