Job Description

Responsibilities Associated with the Position:

  • Assist staff with data entry and document management
  • Assist staff with maintaining inventory and organization of supplies
  • Assist staff with duplication projects
  • Assist with set-up and take-down for clinic events
  • Assist staff with retrieving, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Cover office during meetings or lunches
  • Deliver items to other campus offices and/or departments

Schedule: 10-20 hours per week for the summer during open office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday -Friday).  Potential to continue into next academic year.

Qualifications for the position:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with computers and computer programs
  • Ability to follow both written and oral instructions
  • Discretion and ability to respect confidentiality

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
