Office program assistant are responsible for but are not limited to: • Functional area will include pre-college, undergraduate, and summer bridge program preparation/processing
• Handle phone/email correspondence and appointments
• Clerical filing, word processing, mass/campus mail processing
• Program activities setup and processing
• Providing customer assistance to current UT students within the resource center
• Being on time and courteous to office personnel, faculty, staff, and administrator Serve as a resource for visitors by devoting adequate time to help make a connection to the university and student services. |
