A Tier 2 Student Employee is expected to have 1 year previous experience working in SDS and will be expected to perform the following tasks: Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departmental personnel Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel and/ or take messages and pass along to appropriate personnel Assist students with registration process and scheduling of exams Make deliveries to various departments and colleges on campus Cover front desk for breaks and meeting for Administrative staff Additional Duties to include: Check in Students for Exams & Welcome Meetings Provide instruction on the use of Smart Pens Delivery of Exams to instructors
