Job Description

Purpose of Position:

To assist in planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the Tennessee Spirit Team social media accounts. 

Job Requirements

Duties and responsibilities vary depending on skill but may include:

Assist with planning and developing social media campaigns

Assist with creating compelling content

Assist with posting content across social media accounts

Assist in engaging fans and followers across different social channels

Stay on top of the latest social media trends

 

Other tasks as assigned.

Schedules:

You must be available for all on campus practice sessions.

Monday & Wednesday & Friday – 11:30 – 1:30 pm

Friday 5:00 – 8:00 pm

Some Saturday & Sunday Games and Clinics

(We are limited to the amount of people who are allowed on the sideline at games, so participation is on a rotating basis.)

 

Skills & Qualifications Preferred:

Experience in creating social media content

Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Aptitude for crafting engaging content

Strong organization and multitasking abilities

Evaluation Procedure

Evaluation procedure:

Monthly meetings to discuss job performance will be conducted with each Spirit Team Social Media Manager.
