Job Description

• Primary Roles and Responsibilities will be in conjunction with our 2026 Home Game Schedule. These include, but not limited to, assiting with parking/guest management, event registration process, setup/breakdown of registration, pregame meals, and halftime snacks, as well as helping with the recruit credential process.

• Gain leadership experience by learning new roles and practicing how to manage a student-worker team
• Attend all student-worker meetings as well as occasional recruiting, operations, compliance, and academic to gain exposure to other various departments within a football organization
• Complete special projects and assignments as it pertains to the gameday or recruiting event logistics
• Assist in the recruiting event logistics procedures and planning
• Develop an understanding of NCAA rules and regulations
• Assist with the coordination of planning and executing official and unofficial visits of potential student athletes and their families

Job Requirements

Must be available for a time commitment that will include Football Gamedays (nights/weekends), major recruiting events, and occasional Thursday or Fridays.

Evaluation Procedure

Our evaluation procedure will be based off timely completion of assigned tasks, adherance to NCAA compliance guidelines, communication with staff and supervisors, how well the student treats recruit families and coworkers, and willingness to go above and beyond what is required.
