Job Description

Student Assistant - provides grading support for faculty by grading student coursework in accordance with established rubrics. Graders are expected to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and communicate professionally with course instructors. Will perform other duties related to assisting with the running of the class.

 
Job Requirements

 

  • Must have taken a Religious Studies course, preference for a major or minor in Religious Studies
  • Current Junior or Senior undergraduate student in good academic standing at the university
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow grading guidelines
  • Reliability and ability to meet deadlines

 
Evaluation Procedure

Will be evaluated periodically on:

  • Attention to details of work assignments,
  • Ability to respect confidentiality requirements
  • Time management
